Find out how to consult a link without leaving Board in just a few clicks!

Here's how it works:

1 - From your Board

Click on the "add" button at the bottom of the page, then click on the "link" icon.

2 - Share a link

Type or paste the URL link to be inserted in an idea and click on "Insert".

💡 It's also possible to copy/paste the link URL directly into your Board

From Google documents (Docs, Sheets or Slides)

Copy the URL located in the green rectangle or copy the link from the share button

From Office365 documents (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

Click on the "Share" button (circled in green dotted line below) then copy the URL located in the green insert

⚠ From an Office365 document, it is imperative to enter the sharing URL and not the browser URL. The latter will not allow sharing from an idea posted on a Board.

3 - Display the link from your Board

To open the link from your Board, double-click on the idea or, in the attached menu, select "Open link in Board".

4 - Viewing and editing the document

You can now view and modify the document without leaving your Board.

You can open in a new tab, activate full screen or close the window.

If you have any questions, don't hesitate to consult the Help Center or contact the Support team via Chat.
