You have created a Template and would like to transfer ownership of it. Find out how in this article.
1 - Access to your Template
Access the Network where you shared your Template.

2 - Transfer ownership
From the "3 dots" menu at the end of the line, click on "Transfer ownership".
The window below will appear, in which you will need to enter the details of the future owner.
You must then confirm the transfer.
3 - Transfer confirmation
Finally, a message confirms the transfer.
At the same time, the new owner will receive an email.
