Once you've created your activity, click onto share it.

Select how your participants want to connect:

  • With their e-mail address (which may or may not be linked to a Klaxoon account) – they can find the activity later using their Klaxoon homepage (e.g. to access a session report) -> Click on Save and Share

  • With a nickname : if they log out, they will lose the data they created during the activity -> Then click on "Ask participants for a nickname"

Also select whether you want to mask the identity of your participants or not. E.g : I want to run a Survey and get confidential results, without any names. I then select "Hide the identity of participants" and uncheck the option "Ask participants for a nickname".
My participants will therefore connect quickly, without use an email.

Then, in the next step, you will be able to:

  • Broadcast the activity on a Network: select a target Network, all members of this interactive space will have the right to access your activity.

  • Send an invitation directly by email to your participants by entering their email addresses

  • Access the QR Code

  • Change how the activity is shared (Private / Open for business / Open to users with the link)

Can the delivery method be changed?
Once launched, it is quite possible to change the delivery mode of an activity (e.g by moving an activity to a Network or by deleting it from a Network).
It is also possible to change an activity from Private to Open to users with the link.

Give all the login information to your participants and off you go!
