The dashboard a Memo launched in a Session provides a live view of the participants' progress, and the pages and the results of the questions completed by all the participants.

1 - Session

Return to the session panel without closing the activity.

2 - Close activity

The memo is closed and the results are saved on the session panel for participants to view. You can replay the memo, but all previous answers will be lost.

3 - Statistics

Gives you a clear picture of the participation, commitment and klaxes generated by your activity and its duration.

4 - Participants

Displays the list of connected participants.

Use the “Manage participants” function to add participants by name, e-mail address, Network... You can also pass on participants of your choice as session moderators.

If necessary, you can remove a participant from the list. Their contributions to activities will continue to be recorded. They will be able to log in again later.

5 - Live

Launches an audio and video Live session of 5, 15 or 30 minutes renewable, or a videoconference (Meet, Skype, Teams, Webex or Zoom). You can also share your screen.

6 - Presentation

Opens presentations (videos, images, PDFs).

7 - Manage your time

The stopwatch keeps track of elapsed time, while the timer lets you set a precise time limit.

With Pause, you can suspend your session for as long as you like.

Use the “Raise your head!” function to attract the attention of your participants.

8 - Exports

Export your session content in Zip or klx format, or request a PDF report.

9 - Question

Displays the results of a quiz or survey.

10 - Page

Displays page content.

11 - Content in progress

The rectangle fills up as participants consult the page or answer the question. Content can be displayed once all participants have finished.

12 - Unlock pages

Displays the content of all pages or questions in the Memo before participants have finished (participants can continue to explore).
