Until now, the use of Klaxoon in Teams and Outlook was restricted: it was necessary to have multiple tabs had to be open, and only partial access to Klaxoon's features was available, restricting its full functionality.
Now, you can seamlessly use Klaxoon within your Microsoft applications through the personal app! Available in Teams, Outlook, and Microsoft 365 on web and mobile, this app gives you full access to all Klaxoon features, enabling smoother use and centralizing all your tools in one place.
This integration will soon be enhanced by new features combining Copilot and Klaxoon. Stay tuned to learn more!
With this application, you can now collaborate more efficiently, centralize your tasks, and streamline project management—all within your familiar work environment. Whether it's using Klaxoon in Outlook to check your emails and track your activities, or in Teams to find all your work, the integration also extends to the whole of Microsoft 365. Take advantage of features that simplify your daily life: launch a Quiz after distributing a report in Word format to reinforce understanding, or share a Memo in a few clicks following your last PowerPoint presentation to ensure better communication.
How does it work?
Installing the Klaxoon personal application on Microsoft tools
First of all, to use Klaxoon, you need to install the application on your Microsoft tools. To do so, click on the "Applications" tab that is located on the sidebar of each tool, then search for Klaxoon. Once the app is installed, all you need to do is log in. You can then access the entire home page and Klaxoon's features directly from your Microsoft tool!

💡 Please note: It is possible that the download of the Klaxoon application via Microsoft may be restricted by your company. If this is the case, , contact the Teams admin to authorize the download. For more information, you can consult this article.
💡 Please note: The personal app will not be available from the Macbook Outlook and Microsoft 365 desktop apps.
