When exporting your Board, you originally had multiple format options to choose from, such as image, PDF, CSV, and even PDF reports. Now, the export options have expanded, providing even more flexibility to select the format that best fits your needs!
Exporting your Boards allows you to capture and save the ideas and data that were exchanged. Now, new export options are available to make it easier to share information and adapt to a variety of formats to meet your specific needs.
1. What's new for Zones exports
As an animator, you now have the option to export all of your Zones at once or select specific ones for export. Multiple export formats are available, including PDF, ZIP, Image and CSV, giving you greater flexibility in choosing the desired format.
As a participant, if your administrator has granted the appropriate permissions, the corresponding rights, you can also export one, several or all of your Zones. However, only two export formats are offered: Image and PDF.

2. Exporting Questions, Dot-voting, and Connectors
The functionalities for exporting board elements have been considerably enhanced, offering new advantages for both animators and participants. It is now possible to easily export Questions, Dot-voting, and connectors in .XLS and .CSV. To access this data, simply export the Board in ZIP format, which will allow you to retrieve all these elements.
This improvement allows for more in-depth data analysis and better traceability of your exchanges. This allows users to gain efficiency, while optimizing collaboration and project tracking.
3. What's new in existing export formats
When exporting to CSV or Excel, new columns are added for better traceability and centralization of information:
Idea ID
Jira ID
Link to the idea in the Board
Additionally, when exporting to the Klaxoon format, Questions are included with all their key details, such as title, type, and options. This ensures a more organized and detailed management of feedback and interactions.
Another significant update involves the export options: the .DOCX format is now prominently featured in the drop-down list. This simplifies its use by eliminating the need for a ZIP export, improving efficiency and accessibility for users who require a text version that can be used directly.
