You shared your development requests, and we heard you! Quizzes and Surveys have been revamped to make your training more interactive and engaging, while allowing for more accurate employee surveys.

Until now, it was not possible to display the answers of a Quiz in a custom order, hide the correct answers, or add textual explanations in the answer window. Additionally, making a response mandatory in a Survey was not an option. Now, Quizzes and Surveys are evolving to simplify their usage, improve the user experience, and better meet your needs. These updates allow you to create more engaging Quizzes tailored to your educational or professional goals, while improving Survey response rates and gathering more transparent feedback.

Select the order of the suggested answers

Previously, when you used to share your activity with participants, the choice of answers to your questions was automatically displayed in a random order. With this new option, you can now disable this feature and choose the order in which you want to see suggested answers according to your preferences. This setting can be accessed in the "Mode" section when preparing your Quiz.

Include a text field in the response window

Sometimes, providing a detailed explanation alongside your answers can be beneficial, but previously, this was only possible through a Memo. Now, you can easily add a text field! Your comment will appear on the page that indicates whether the answer is correct or incorrect.

To add your comment, simply go to your question, then scroll to the bottom to find the "Custom Comment" insert.

Choose whether to show the correct answers or not

Previously, when respondents answered a question, the correct answer was displayed immediately, regardless of whether they answered correctly or not. Now, you have the option to disable this option, allowing you to hide the correct answer for the duration of the activity, including when the results are finally displayed. To do so, simply uncheck "Show the correct answers" in the "Mode" section when preparing your Quiz.

Implement a mandatory response

Currently, participants can choose to skip a question if they don't know the answer or prefer not to answer it. From now on, you have the option to activate the "mandatory response" option. This will require participants to answer each question, without exception, thus removing the possibility of selecting only those they wish to answer.
This setting can be enabled in the options located in the Survey questions.
