When you are using a "FREE" license (participant) and you want to benefit from a PRO license (facilitator) in order to design and animate your own Klaxoon activities,
all you have to do is make a request to the Administrator of your Console directly from your Klaxoon account.
When you are on the homepage of your Klaxoon account, click on the pink button at the top right of your screen : "Request a license".
You will then have two choices:

Or send a request to upgrade to a PRO license
For this second option, click on "Send a request"
NB: Your company may have set up a redirection link or a form to fill in. In this case, follow the steps given.
Once the request has been made, you will receive a message telling you that your request has been processed.
You will be notified by email when your request has been accepted.
You can then go back to your Klaxoon account, click on your profile picture at the top right of your screen.
You will find the badge 
next to your name.
