From now on, you'll be able to integrate iFrame code into your Board to open and view different types of pages and documents. With this new Board feature, you'll gain in efficiency and fluidity! No more juggling between pages, all your resources are now accessible in one place.

Thanks to this enhancement, you can now open even more Microsoft 365 and Confluence documents, or web pages such as those from Google, directly on your Board via iFrame code integration.

How does it work?

To add a code, click on the "Add" button at the bottom of your screen, select "iFrame Code" and a new modal will open.

For this to work, the code content must be in the format <iframe src="..." ...> </iframe>. Once your code has been implemented, an idea is created which can now be opened in the Board.

💡 Please note: the same content pasted into an idea will not be recognized and will be considered as plain text.

You retain the same basic actions (resize, move and close window, open link in new tab) when accessing an idea by double-clicking or using the new "Open link in Board" button.

During a presentation, when you open a window, it also opens for your participants. However, you can only open one modal at a time. There is no change for links that play (such as YouTube, Vimeo, Spotify, Deezer, video files, etc.) as well as for images and documents, which continue to open in a pop-up.

This feature has been available to all Klaxoon users since June 26, 2024. If you'd like to know more about what documents can be opened on Board, please visit our Help Center. You can also contact our Support team so that they can answer your questions.
