You can cancel your subscription purchased on the eShop at any time.
To unsubscribe, follow these steps:
From your Klaxoon account, click on your profile picture at the top right
Then click on "Manage my team". (Name your team if you have not already done so)
In the "My subscription" area, click on the "Cancel" button at the bottom right.
Once the cancellation is done, you will receive a confirmation email.
Your account will be closed once the current period is over.
