You can cancel your subscription purchased on the eShop at any time.

To unsubscribe, follow these steps:

  • From your Klaxoon account, click on your profile picture at the top right

  • Then click on "Manage my team". (Name your team if you have not already done so)

  • In the "My subscription" area, click on the "Cancel" button at the bottom right.

Once the cancellation is done, you will receive a confirmation email.

Your account will be closed once the current period is over.

If you want to add a license, download your invoices... find all the information about the management of your eShop subscription.
