Domain name recognition is a process that automatically identifies all new users who create an account using one or more specific domain names. These users are then redirected to a target console, ensuring centralized management of accounts created with predefined domain names.

How domain name recognition works

  1. Detection of new accounts : Each time a user creates an account with a targeted domain name, the system automatically recognizes this domain.

  2. Repatriation of users: Accounts detected in this way are immediately redirected to a specific management console managed by the company.

  3. Free account management: This recognition applies to Free accounts, i.e. accounts created freely by users. Although users can still create their own accounts, they are automatically redirected to a supervised team console.

  4. Security and control: With this system, no new accounts can be created outside the company-controlled environment. This ensures that all accounts created with specified domains are grouped under centralized management.
