Overview
Klaxoon offers six question types for Survey and Memo activities.
Question Types
Single choice question
Participants select one answer from several options.
Example: “Yes or no?”
Multiple choice question
Participants select more than one answer from several options.
Example: “Have you ever...?”
Comment
Participants enter a free-text response.
Example: “What positive aspects do you recall?”
Rating
Participants give a score out of 5. You can also allow them to add a comment.
Example: “Rate this item.”
Ranking
Participants place items in the order they prefer.
Example: “Rank these items in order of preference.
Categorize
Participants sort items into predefined categories.
Example: “Should these objectives be achieved in the short term or the long term?”
