Important information : The feature is only available if the receiver of the activity has a PRO account

Here are the different steps to follow for the Administrator to transfer one or more activities from one user to another.

To be able to make this transfer, the two users concerned by the transfer must be in the same Klaxoon team or company.

Here are the steps that the Administrator must follow to proceed with the transfer of the business/activities.


1 - Access your Administration

To do this, all they have to do is click on the profile picture of their Klaxoon account, then click on "Administration"


2 - Click on "Users"


3 - Select the user who is the current owner of the activity

A simple click on the 3 dots to the right of the current owner's name is enough to open the available options :

NB: Don't see the "Transfer activities" option? This feature may have been disabled for your team at company-level. Contact your company admin!

4 - Select the future owner of the activity

5 - Choose the activity(ies) to transfer


6 - Confirm the transfer


7 - Finalize the transfer



That's it, the activity(ies) has been transferred, both users will be notified by email
