Here are the different steps to follow for the Administrator of a Klaxoon Console to transfer one or more activities from one user to another.
To be able to make this transfer, the two users concerned by the transfer must be in the same Klaxoon Administration Console
They can quickly get this information by clicking on their profile picture and then, looking at the title of the team he/she belongs to.
If the team name is similar for both people, then the Administrator will be able to proceed with the transfer.
Here are the steps that the Administrator must follow to proceed with the transfer of the business/activities.
1 - Access your Administration Console
To do this, all they have to do is click on the profile picture of their Klaxoon account, then click on "Manage my team"
2 - Access the "Users" tab
3 - Select the user who is the current owner of the activity
A simple click on the 3 dots to the right of the current owner's name is enough to open the available options :
4 - Select the future owner of the activity
5 - Choose the activity(ies) to transfer
6 - Confirm the transfer
7 - Finalize the transfer
That's it, the activity(ies) has been transferred, both users will be notified by email
