Transfer ownership of an activity from one user to another by the Admin

Important information : The feature is only available if the receiver of the activity has a PRO account

Here are the different steps to follow for the Administrator to transfer one or more activities from one user to another.​ To be able to make this transfer, the two users concerned by the transfer must be in the same Klaxoon team or company.​Here are the steps that the Administrator must follow to proceed with the transfer of the business/activities.


1 - Access your Administration

To do this, all they have to do is click on the profile picture of their Klaxoon account, then click on "Administration"


2 - Click on "Users"


3 - Select the user who is the current owner of the activity

A simple click on the 3 dots to the right of the current owner's name is enough to open the available options :

NB: Don't see the "Transfer activities" option? This feature may have been disabled for your team at company-level. Contact your company admin! 4 - Select the future owner of the activity

5 - Choose the activity(ies) to transfer


6 - Confirm the transfer


7 - Finalize the transfer

​ That's it, the activity(ies) has been transferred, both users will be notified by email​
