Participation

This indicator enables the host to measure the percentage of people who joined the activity in relation to the number of people to whom it has been shared (the sum of people invited via their e-mail or Klaxoon account, those who joined the activity via the code or link, and members of the Network where the activity is published).

For example: if we invited 10 people by e-mail and published the activity in a Network where 20 other people are members, and only 15 joined the activity, the participation percentage would be 50%.

Engagement

Engagement score

The engagement score is a score out of 100 that enables you to quickly visualize the level of engagement in your activity. Its calculation varies according to the activity:

  • For Memo, Quiz, Survey, Mission and Adventure, the score is made up of 80% of the average progress, and 20% of the percentage of participants who rated the activity. The calculation is: (average progress * 0.8) + (percentage of participants who rated the activity * 0.2).

  • For Board: the score is the percentage of participants who have performed at least 1 action triggering a Klax (creation or like of an idea, creation or answer to a Question on the Board, creation or answer to a Dot-voting, or presentation of the Board)

  • For Session: the score is the average percentage of participation in activities and/or live questions.

This score is then translated into an Engagement Level:

  • 0 to 20: Low

  • 21 to 40: Average

  • 41 to 60: Good

  • 61 to 80: High

  • 81 to 100: Excellent

  • Via the evolution of the number of Klaxs over time. By hovering your cursor over the pink line, you can see details of the actions that generated Klaxs (creating ideas, answering questions, etc.).

  • Via the number of contributors (participants having contributed to the activity).
