If you wish to add contextual information when inviting participants to an activity, you can add a message (optional) when inviting participants to an activity.
1 - From your activity
Access the sharing settings by clicking on “Share”.
2 - Add an invitation message
Invite a participant(s) and add the message in the box.
💡 💡 This message is entirely optional and can be used to provide additional information, contextualize the invitation, or simply personalize the invitation.
The message will automatically be included in :
The invitation email sent to participants
The diary notification
The page dedicated to the invitation
