Klaxoon and Google Calendar has a new integration, enabling you to add an activity link as an event attachment when creating and editing an event.

Are you looking to invite your colleagues to a meeting on Board? You can now create, select and access your Klaxoon activities directly from Google Calendar!

Previously, you had to copy the link to your Klaxoon activity and paste it into your Google Calendar event in order to access it.

Now you can add the activity of your choice directly as an attachment to your event, and access it with a single click.

How does it work?

To take advantage of Klaxoon on Google Calendar, you need to install the Klaxoon application available on Google Workspace. You can install it yourself or request it from your Google Workspace administrator.

Once the add-on has been installed, click on “Add an attachment” when creating an event on Google Calendar. When installing or using this add-on for the first time, you will need to authorize access to your calendar.

The app lets you add the activity directly as an attachment to your event, or create a new one.

All those invited will then receive an invitation with a link to the activity, without having to install the add-on.

This feature has been available since 06/16/2023 for all Klaxoon and Google Suite users.
