As an administrator, do you receive many requests from employees for PRO licenses? A new modal now enables you to redirect requests to your usual application system.

From now on, your colleagues who wish to obtain a Klaxoon pro license will be able to do so via your internal system (your intranet, a third-party tool...). This feature will enable them to submit their request directly, allowing you to apply your internal process seamlessly. This will save you time and simplify the process.

Administrator side

You can set up this mode in 2 ways:

  • Using the Klaxoon license request system: when you choose this method, you keep the current system: you'll receive license requests by e-mail. You can adjust the settings to receive an e-mail as soon as a request is submitted, once a day, or choose not to receive one at all.

  • Redirect users to a license request form: a new modal allows you to fill in the link to the request form you're using.

Applicant side

When you're on your Klaxoon free interface, go to the banner and click on "Request a license". If the administrator has chosen the second option, you will be redirected to your organization's request form. Once you've submitted your request, all you have to do is wait for a reply!

This feature is available since May 23, 2024 for all Klaxoon administrators. Feel free to consult the Help Center or contact our Support team so that they can answer your questions.
