Until now, integrating a Board into your Session required preparing it in advance before adding it. Good news, you can now create your Board directly within your Session.
For example, when using a Session to facilitate an onboarding workshop, you may want to integrate a Board to facilitate information sharing. Previously, this required creating the Session and Board separately, then configuring the Board before integrating it into the Session.
Now everything becomes simpler. You can set up and prepare your Board directly in your Session. Here's how it works:
Createa new Board in a Session: a window opens on top of your Session to allow you to add ideas, texts, shapes... So you can set it up and customize it instantly.
Create a Board outside a Session : To add a Board to a Session, you first need to duplicate it within the Session. Then, by clicking on the three little dots, you will access a new editing window, where all the editing features will be at your disposal to customize and configure your Board as you wish.
Shared a Board: Once the Board is launched, by clicking on its name or on the three small dots, you will switch to animation mode to manage the live activity.
Closed a Board : Once the Board is closed, editing is no longer possible.
With this new feature, the process of creating a Session is much simpler and more understandable, saving time in the creation of an activity.
