We have made significant improvements to your Klaxoon account administration area designed to simplify your experience and optimize the management of options.
The changes impact both levels of administration:
Team administration : this first level allows you to manage a group of users. As a team admin, you can assign licenses to members, view usage statistics specific to your team, and set up conditions of use.
Company administration : the second level allows centralized and optimized management of several teams. It offers the possibility to access consolidated statistics of user usage across all teams, to define a global security policy, and to access the same settings as team administrators.
Discover a new, more intuitive and efficient interface, in line with the new Klaxoon platform deployed in April 2024.
These changes also save time when setting up and assigning licenses. Configure and assign them more easily, thanks to dedicated pages and customization tailored to the specific needs of each team. Finally, company administration now allows you to apply your IT policy with ease, via enhanced and centralized security options!
1. A new administration interface
The "Manage my company/team" tab now becomes "Administration". Accessible from your profile menu, it opens the admin space in its own tab. Simply close the tab when you are finished to return to the Klaxoon platform
The interface has been completely redesigned to become easier to use. A new navigation bar has been integrated, allowing instant access to all essential settings, and saving precious time in account management.
In addition, a dedicated button provides direct access to the Help Center resources, where you will find quick and comprehensive answers to all your administration-related questions.
2. A new "License requests" page
All your license requests are now in one place, providing a clear and complete view for centralized and efficient management. This new page allows you to validate all of your licenses in a single action, significantly speeding up the process.

3. The new organization of parameters
Enjoy more intuitive navigation to efficiently manage your users, secure access, and configure your organization. All the options previously available in the "Organization" tab are now grouped and organized into clear subcategories:

Simplified access for company admins: company admins can now directly access settings for all teams. This enables fine-tuned management of rights and access to meet the specific needs of each team
4. Dedicated configuration system for company administrators
When company administration is available, teams are "federated." The company administrator decides how to set the options: 3 scenarios are possible
The company administrator sets the option for all teams
The company administrator allows the option to be set at the team level
Some options continue to be configured directly at the level of each team
When an option is configured differently at the team level and at the company level, then a bookmark icon appears
