As an administrator, you can modify your team's settings.

Content

Default Networks: give your team members immediate access to essential content as soon as they join the team. Learn more

Security & Privacy

Parameters reserved for company supervisor:

SSO: SSO Configuration Options. Learn more

Restrict activities to team: enhance privacy and secure your content. Only your team members will be able to access the activities and Networks they create.

Team lock: prevent members form leaving their team to avoid dispersion. They lock bloacks invitations from the other teams and prohibits the purchase of personal licenses by team members.

Team members visibility: choose who can find members of this team using the contact search (Question, Invitations....). Team members remain reachable by thos they've interacted with on Klaxoon (shared Network...)

Manage video conference: third party videao conference provider for your users (Live By Klaxoon, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, Skype, Webex, Zoom)

Artificial Intellignece (AI): manage the activitation of AI features. Learn more

Integrations

Cloud fil sharing: additional file management services for your team (Google Drive, One Drive, Dropbox).

Embeddable websties in Klaxoon: Configure domains to allow them to open in Klaxoon. This setting allosw you to view the site without leaving Klaxoon.
