To ensure better management of your team, you can assign administrator status to another member.
Prerequisite: You must be a team administrator to perform this operation.
Here are the steps to follow:
1 - Access your administration interface
Log in to your Klaxoon account, then click on your profile photo in the top right-hand corner of the screen. In the drop-down menu, select “Administration” to access the administration interface.
2 - Accessing the user list
Once in the administration interface, click on “Users” to display all your team members.
3 - Change status
Locate the user you wish to appoint as co-administrator in the list. Click on the menu at the end of the line (represented by 3 small dots) then click on “Change admin”.
4 - Verification of status change
Once this action has been completed, the user's status will change from “Pro” to “Admin”, as indicated on their profile.
