To better meet the needs of teams that collaborate at different paces, Klaxoon is enriching its notification system. You will now receive a personalized email about the activities on the platform at a fixed time. This new feature is designed to help you keep an overview and prioritize your work effectively.

Each email includes key information, presented in a clear and concise way

Each section is accompanied by details about the last two posts for each category: the title of the Question or activity, the name of the issuer, the profile picture, and the number of associated participants. This gives you a quick and accurate overview of what deserves your attention.

If there are no new Questions or Invitations pending, the category will be marked with a "0" and grayed out to help you quickly identify what needs your attention.

You have the option to choose the frequency of sending these emails (monthly or weekly) or to disable this option according to your preferences. To adjust these settings, go to your profile, click on your profile picture, and then select Settings > Email Notifications.

From your administration space, it is also possible to configure the sending of emails. As an administrator, you have the option to choose whether these emails should be sent to your users or not. To adjust this setting, go to your Console, then go to the Settings tab > Content > Email Notifications.

Thanks to this email, you will gain clarity and efficiency in managing your priorities, while having a complete view of the activity on the platform. This new feature is fully in line with our approach to making collaboration more fluid and efficient, while respecting individual work rhythms.
