Owner, co-author, participant... discover the different roles of activity users.

Owner

The owner is the person who created the activity. He/she can edit the activity as he/she sees fit, and configure how it is shared. He/she is the only one with deletion and transfer rights.

His/her activities appear in the “Activities” area, then under the “My activities” tab.

Co-author

The co-author can collaborate on an activity. This editing mode is available for the following activity types:

  • Session

  • Quiz

  • Survey

  • Adventure

  • Memo

  • Mission

  • Board

Co-authors have the same rights as the owner of the activity, with the exception of deleting or transferring it.

Co-author activities appear in the “Activities” area, then under the “Shared with me” tab.

Please note that this role is only available for Pro accounts.

Participant

The participant accesses and participates in the activity. They can contribute to a Board, answer a Quiz or take part in a Mission, but cannot modify, delete or transfer it.

To find out more about activity management, please consult the articles available on this link.
