Do you want to enrich your Klaxoon Boards by integrating documents? Whether it's a PDF to annotate or a PowerPoint presentation to comment on, follow these simple steps to import your files directly from an idea.
1 - Add a new idea
From your Board, start adding a new post-it by clicking on the "+" button located at the bottom center of your screen.
💡You can also use the keyboard shortcut by pressing the "N" key.
2 - Access the file add
By default, the text editor is displayed. To embed your document, click on the "Camera/paper clip" icon 
located at the bottom of the input window.
3 - Select your file
In the menu that appears, click on "Browse". A window in your file explorer will open, allowing you to select the document you want to embed (PDF, PPT or image - for all accepted formats, see our dedicated article).
4 - Send your idea with the document
Once your file is selected, it will be automatically attached to your idea. To publish this idea containing your document on the Board, click on the icon
at the top right of the window, which has a blue background.
💡The keyboard shortcut "Ctrl + Enter" also allows you to quickly send your idea.
