When you delete a Klaxoon activity, it is not permanently deleted instantly. Klaxoon implements a retention process to provide you with a recovery window. This article details how long your deleted activities are retained and the options you have.
The 90-day retention period
Klaxoon activities that you delete are retained for a period of 90 days. This period gives you the option to recover activities that were deleted by mistake or decide to delete them permanently.
Options available during the retention period
During these 90 days, you have two main options for your deleted activities:
Retrieve Activity: If you change your mind or accidentally deleted an activity, you can recover it within the 90-day period.
Permanently delete the activity: If you're sure you no longer need the activity, you can choose to permanently delete it before the 90 days expire.
Beyond 90 days
After the 90-day period has passed, deleted activities are automatically permanently erased from our systems and cannot be recovered.
