As part of the continuous improvement of user management on Klaxoon, we are evolving the exports available to administrators. This update aims to harmonize data access points, prepare for the arrival of the new "Users" table, and strengthen the reliability of exports, even for very large teams.
1) Redesigned export generation for more performance
In order to support the growth of organizations and to guarantee a smooth experience, the generation of export files is now becoming asynchronous. This change solves the limitations encountered so far when downloading files that are too large.
In concrete terms, as an administrator (team admin or company admin) you now benefit from a more robust system, capable of processing much larger volumes of data, without compromising speed or reliability. This system is also more efficient, saving you time in analysis thanks to better structured and more readable data.
2) Unified and clarified access to different types of exports
With this evolution, exports are better structured and their access is now centralized by type of data:
The Monthly Active Users (MAU) export is available directly from the MAU chart in Insights.
The Monthly Active Accounts (MAA) export can be accessed from the MAA chart, also in Insights.
Downloading this data is very simple! Choose the chart you are interested in and then click on the 3 small dots next to the name of the chart, you then have 3 download possibilities:
Download data (12 months) — . CSV
Download the graphic — .png file
Download the list of users — file . CSV
3) Enriched user export for better management
The user export, accessible from the list of users, now offers a breakdown into three separate files:
Active users
Deactivated users
Pending invitations
Active and deactivated user files now include detailed statistics per user, for better analysis of activity. In addition, the file structure has been optimized:
Added a "Status" column for better readability
Separation of role and license level for more accurate data processing
This update marks an important step in the modernization of user management on Klaxoon. It provides administrators with more clarity, more visibility into their statistics, and a more robust foundation for effectively managing their organization.
