It often happens that you want to take over an activity or a Board on which you have recently worked. Klaxoon offers you several ways to find your content in the blink of an eye, for optimal productivity.

1 - Go to the "Recents" section

On your Klaxoon homepage, the "Recents" section is your best ally. It automatically lists the activities you've most recently opened or edited.

  • From your reception: Go to your dashboard. There you will see a section dedicated to "Recently Viewed", displaying your last interactions.

  • On the sidebar: In the navigation bar on the left, click on the "Recents" icon (often represented by a clock or a circle with an arrow) to access a more complete list.

2 - Use the search bar

If you have a large number of activities, the search bar is a quick way to find a specific Board or activity.

  • Enter keywords: In the search bar at the top of the screen, start typing the title of the Board or activity, or relevant keywords (e.g., a participant's name or a topic).

  • Filter the results: The results will be displayed as you type. You can refine your search by using the available filters if necessary.

To take your content organization a step further, learn how to add an activity to favorites.
