At Klaxoon, each evolution has a clear objective: to make collaboration more fluid in order to gain in efficiency. That's why the Questions interface is evolving to give you a completely redesigned, clearer, and more intuitive experience.
1) A new, simpler and clearer experience on Question
In order to make the management of Questions more intuitive and fast, the user experience has been completely revamped. The Question tab has been simplified: there is no longer a left/right separation between sent and received messages, and the corresponding tabs have been removed. The only tabs you will now find are:
To be treated
Holds
All
A new filter system is also introduced. It allows you to easily sort your exchanges and find in a few moments the Questions or comments that concern you, thus improving your daily efficiency.
2) Edit or delete a comment
The comment system has been completely redesigned to offer a real discussion thread. From now on, you can react directly to messages in a Question, follow the exchanges in a homogeneous view and without gray bubbles. The interface is thus more fluid, more readable, and encourages continuous and natural conversations between participants.
3) Create and trade more easily
The button to create a new Question is now located at the bottom right of the screen, for a more ergonomic access, aligned with today's collaborative uses.
The display mode has also been optimized: the large full-screen window gives way to a light and mobile pop-up window. You can move it freely around your Board, so you can continue to collaborate without interruption.
4) Fewer parameters and more impact
Finally, to make the experience smoother, some settings have been removed:
Displaying voting details to all participants
The option to allow (or not) comments
Automatic closing of Questions
The result: less setup, more simplicity, and a better experience for all participants.
This feature is available since 07/01/2025 for all Klaxoon users. If you would like to know more about the Board tool, you can visit the "Board Tutorials" page in our Help Center or contact our Support team who will be able to answer all your questions.
