Board is evolving to offer you an ever more collaborative and visual platform. Discover all the recent improvements that have been designed to facilitate the facilitation of your workshops, make your presentations more fluid and strengthen the impact of your collaborative time.

As is the case for Ideas, Zones and Questions, all Board objects can now be shared via a URL link. This will facilitate dissemination and collaboration around each element of the Board.

To share an object, simply click on the item you want to share to select it. An options bar will then appear above it. Then click on the three dots (the "More options" menu), then select "Copy link". The link will be automatically copied to your clipboard, ready to share with your collaborators.

The customization of the Boards background is enriched: in addition to white and black, six new colors are now available (gray, sage green, frosted blue, almond beige, pearl pink and lilac purple). This expanded palette allows you to better adapt your Boards to your needs, your visual identity or the desired atmosphere, making each space more welcoming and inspiring for teams.

Right-clicking on a Zone now opens a quick menu with all the essential actions (hide, reveal, duplicate, delete, set as starting point, start a slideshow or create a new Zone). It is also possible to hide or reveal all the Zones with a single click, simplifying and making the organization on Board more intuitive and pleasant.

A new feature allows you to adjust the opacity of shapes on Board with a dedicated button. This gives you more flexibility to visually organize your content, highlight certain ideas, and create discreet backgrounds, making your Boards look clearer and more balanced.

You can now fine-tune the accuracy of your drawings and shapes by adjusting the thickness of their outline, including connectors. To do this, simply click on the color picker: three stroke styles and a thickness slider are at your disposal to easily customize your paths.

When multiple people collaborate on a Board, the participants' cursors appear on the screen, displaying their photo, first name, and last initial, as well as a colored arrow (chosen from 95 random colors). In Presentation mode, only the animator's cursor is visible, to better focus attention. This option is enabled by default, but each user can disable it if they wish.

Comment
It is now possible to add comments on most objects in a Board (except groups and multiple selections). Participants can create threads, react, edit or delete their posts, and mark a thread as resolved. Comments remain visible in presentation mode, making it easy to collaborate without getting in the way of navigation.
