Home is Klaxoon's main interface. Here, users will find Activities that:
they have created,
they have already accessed as participants,
have been suggested to them through the Networks they belong to.
1 - "+ New
Use the "+ New" button to create a new activity directly from the navigation bar.
2 - Search
Use the search function to quickly find specific activities, content or information within Klaxoon.
3 - Home
This button takes you to the Klaxoon home page, providing a central starting point for exploration. For more information, see the "Home page" section.
4 - Activities
Find a centralised view of all activities, whether you have created them ("My activities") or they have been shared by other users ("Shared with me").
5 - Recent
Access a real-time overview of all the most recent activities and updates. The page now features a search engine with a customisable filter by type of activity, status or keyword.
6 - Favourites
Quick access to the content and activities that mean the most to you. Whether it's a crucial task recorded on a Board, an essential document shared via a Memo or an inspiring idea in Article, the Favourites page lets you effortlessly locate and revisit your most important resources.
7 - Networks
Find all the Networks
Search by title, keyword, etc.
Access to pinned Networks: sort by title, author, update
Grid view or list view
8 - Questions
View the questions you have received, sent or put on hold.
Filter by keyword, user or status (not read, not answered, not closed).
9 - Invitations
Browse invitations to activities. You can accept or ignore them.
10 - Template library
Access over 200 ready-to-use templates.
