There are several ways to access a Klaxoon activity:

You will then need to identify yourself, according to the identification mode configured by the activity creator: via a Klaxoon account, or by pseudonym.

How do I join an activity?

1) Join an activity from a link


The presenter has shared with you a link of the form "https://app.klaxoon.com/join/XXXXXXX", "https://europa.klaxoon.com/join/XXXXXXX" or "https://enterprise.klaxoon.com/join/XXXXXXX". The "X" here represents a sequence of numbers and letters unique to each activity. The platforms app.klaxoon, europa.klaxoon or enterprise.klaxoon correspond to the different hosting modes that Klaxoon customers can choose.

2) Join an activity using an access code


There are three different ways to enter an access code:


- From the Klaxoon website, by clicking on the "Join" button (top right)


- Or, if you're already logged in to Klaxoon, from your home page (top right)


3) Join an activity from an email invitation


Simply click on "Participate".


4) Join an activity from the "Invitations" page of your Klaxoon account


In the navigation bar, click on "Invitations".

The list of activities to which you have been invited can be found here.


How do I log in?


1) Log in via your Klaxoon account


In most cases, accessing your Klaxoon account is a prerequisite for taking part in an activity. If you don't already have an account, simply enter your email address, first name and surname. You will then receive an email inviting you to finalize the creation of your account.

If you are already logged in to your Klaxoon account, simply click on "Continue".


2) Login using a nickname


When the activity creator has chosen the "Join the activity using a pseudonym" option, all you have to do is enter the pseudonym of your choice and click on "Join" to access it.
