The admin of a Console can transfer the ownership of an Activity of a user to another user.
Receiver users must meet these requirements in order to proceed to the transfer:
Have a Pro license
Have confirmed their account
Belong to the same Console as the donor user
To transfer Activities:
The admin goes to the Console management page from the Manage my team interface.
Open the tab Console.
Once having located the donor user, click on the three dots at the end line
Click on Transfer
The users' list of the Console is displayed
Select the receiver user
The list of Activities is displayed:
Select the Activities you want to transfer
To facilitate the selection, it is possible to filter the Activities
Click on TRANSFER
