The dashboard a Memo launched in a Session provides a live view of the participants' progress, and the pages and the results of the questions completed by all the participants.

1 - Session Board

Return to Session Board without closing the activity.

2 - Close the activity

This closes the Memo and the results are recorded on the Session Board for the participants to view. You can replay the Memo, but all the previous answers will be lost.

3 - Live

Launch a Live audio and video of 5, 15 or 30 minutes renewable, or a video conference (Meet, Skype, Teams, Webex or Zoom). It is also possible to share your screen.

4 - Pause and stopwatch

This button allows you to pause the activity to keep participants' attention, or to set a stopwatch during the activity..

5 - Participants

You can add participants by name, e-mail address, network... but you can also display the list of connected participants. If required, you can remove a participant from the list. The participant's contributions to activities remain recorded. They can be reconnected at a later date.

6 - Question

Display quiz or survey results.

7 - Page

Display the page content.

8 - Unblock pages

Allows you to display the content of all pages or questions in the Memo before participants have finished (participants can continue to explore).

9 - Access code

Displays a popup with sign-in details for participants.
