The Wrike widget makes it easy to integrate information from your Wrike dashboards directly into your Klaxoon Boards. Thanks to this integration, you facilitate the visual management and organization of your data.

In concrete terms, the Wrike widget is used to visually display the data from your Wrike dashboards on a Klaxoon Board. It offers you the possibility to freely organize this information, from one or more dashboards, in order to better collaborate and manage your projects.

Who can use the Wrike widget?

The Wrike widget is available to all Klaxoon PRO users with the Wrike integration enabled.

Who can use the Wrike widget?

1 - From your Wrike interface, copy the link from your Dashboard

2 - From the "insert" menu of your Board, select "wrike widget"

3 - Then paste the link, finally finish by clicking on "Insert"

4 - Your Dashboard then appears, it can be resized, moved, duplicated, locked, opened in a modal window or in a new tab.

💡 Double-click or click the icon in the top right to open the widget in a modal window and interact with its contents.

The content of the widget is displayed according to the Wrike credentials of the participant connected to the Board (a connection request is displayed if needed, the widget is not displayed if the rights are insufficient).

Known limitations

  • Not supported in private browsing.

  • Not compatible with Teams and Zoom (but works with Google Meet).

  • For widgets from public dashboards, the password must be entered in the modal window (and not directly on the table).

  • The table preview and a widget preview in the minimap or area summary are not displayed (a gray square replaces the object).
