1. Board as a tool in Wrike
You can now add Klaxoon Boards directly as Tools within Wrike Spaces. Unlike traditional attachments, these Boards are persistent, process-oriented assets, ideal for ongoing team rituals like retrospectives, triage, brainstorming, or as information hubs.
How it works:
Navigate to your Wrike Space and open the Tools menu.
Select “Add Klaxoon Whiteboard” (only available once your team administrator has enabled Klaxoon via Wrike Space settings).You can either create a new board or select an existing one.
The whiteboard opens embedded within Wrike, allowing your team to collaborate visually without ever leaving the Wrike platform.
Boards added this way are not tied to a specific task or project, making them accessible for any team member at the Space level.
With this update, there’s no need to worry about hidden or hard-to-find attachments! Your Boards are now always accessible directly from Wrike's Tools menu. This enhancement will facilitate ongoing collaboration that extends beyond the scope of individual projects or tasks. Your team can ideate, plan, and visualize progress together, all within Wrike, ensuring that collaboration and team alignment remain at the center of your workflow.
2. Wrike widgets on Boards
Bring real-time Wrike data into your Boards by embedding dashboard widgets. Whether you’re tracking tasks, visualizing progress, or sharing project updates, this feature brings all your Wrike data: charts, calendars, lists, and more, into the heart of your visual collaborative workspace.
With dashboard widgets now available on Klaxoon boards, teams can present and interact with Wrike data in real time, right where collaboration happens. This feature enables you to combine actionable insights with Klaxoon’s flexible, visual environment, making it easier to keep everyone aligned and informed with live data and tracking during workshops, reporting meetings, or project reviews. No more switching tabs or chasing updates! You have everything you need in one place, always up to date.

We’re excited to introduce our brand-new AI-powered Board set-up wizard!
This wizard allows you to create structured Board templates in seconds that are perfectly tailored to your needs, whether it's sprint planning, brainstorming sessions, retrospectives, or any other collaborative workshop.
Thanks to AI, benefit from a clear and logical organization: each proposed template includes relevant sections with prearranged ideas, which you can then customize to your liking and refine in real time.
How does the AI Assistant work?
From your Board, click the AI icon at the top right and select "Board setup wizard"
Describe your objective to the assistant (e.g. "Ideation session," "Project scope definition," or "Retrospective")
The AI instantly generates a Board structure with relevant sections and suggested ideas
Refine the template by interacting with the assistant directly on your Board: adjust, regenerate, or enhance the model as needed
This innovative feature allows any team even those new to Klaxoon, to kick off workshops quickly and efficiently, without spending time on setup. The AI assistant makes visual collaboration more accessible and guarantees every session starts with a strong foundation.
4. AI conversion of Board ideas into Wrike items
Move from ideation to action in a single click, thanks to our new feature that automatically converts your Boards into Wrike projects and tasks.
The AI analyzes your Board’s content, groups your ideas, and structures them into actionable tasks in Wrike. Say goodbye to tedious copy-pastes! Transitioning from brainstorming to execution is now seamless.
How does it work?
At the end of your Board session, click on "Klaxoon AI" and select "Suggest Wrike structure".
The AI reviews your Board, identifies each idea, and organizes them into tasks, subtasks, and actions, providing you with a pre-structured project in Wrike.
Review and adjust the proposed structure. You can modify, reorder, or add tasks before final approval.
Confirm the import: your project and tasks are created in the Wrike Spaceof your choice and remain linked to your Klaxoon Board for ongoing reference.
This automation transforms the way teams turn conversations into actionable plans. No more risk of missing tasks or losing information during transfer; AI ensures every idea is captured as a tracked action in Wrike.
The intelligent mapping adapts to any scenario (ideation, retrospectives, problem-solving, etc.), ensuring nothing gets lost between brainstorming and execution.
💡Tip: We recommend reviewing the generated items before importing into Wrike for accuracy. Some complex content (like images or drawings) may not be fully supported.
Current Limitations
Some features are in public beta and may be subject to change.
Board conversion and widget embedding may have limitations with advanced content types (e.g. images, drawings).
User management and sharing permissions are not synchronized between Wrike and Klaxoon.
Cross-datacenter board migrations are not supported.
No ISO 27001 certification for the integration at this time.
These features are available since October 8th, 2025 for Klaxoon users holding a Wrike full user licence.
