Follow this step-by-step guide to easily add activities to your Board and encourage your team's participation.
1 - Access your Board
Start by opening the Board on which you want to add activities. You can create a new Board or use an existing Board.
2 - Add an activity from Board
Click on the "3 small points" menu located at the bottom of your Board.
Puis cliquez sur l'icône "Activités" ("Activities").
3 - Choose the type of activity
Click on the "+ New" icon:
Create a new activity from the list provided:
Board
Survey
Quiz
Adventure
Memo
Session
Mission
4 - Set up your activity
Once the activity is selected, personalize it by giving it a title and adding or not an image then validate by clicking on "Create".
Finally, click "Create".
5 - Publish and launch the activity
Continue setting up your activity until you enter sharing mode. The activity will then appear directly on your Board, ready to be used by all participants.
Your team members can access the activity by clicking on it on the Board.
💡You can add several activities on the same Board to structure your meetings and vary the formats of interaction.
