What are the network requirements for Klaxoon to work optimally?

Klaxoon relies on WebSocket connections to function properly. If you're having trouble, then it's likely that your network doesn't allow them.

In order to ensure an optimal experience on Klaxoon, a network configuration is required.

1 - Check that WebSocket is working

If the WebSockets are correctly identified, the following message will be displayed:

2 - Troubleshoot WebSocket

Your IT department (CIO) should ensure that connections through WebSocket are allowed. One of the things that means that the network proxy can keep connections open for a long time.

It is necessary to allow the following URL: wss://*.klaxoon.com/*.

This long-term configuration will avoid adjustments during future updates of the tool.
