In order to ensure an optimal experience on Klaxoon, a network configuration is required.
1 - Check that WebSocket is working

2 - Troubleshoot WebSocket
Your IT department (CIO) should ensure that connections through WebSocket are allowed. One of the things that means that the network proxy can keep connections open for a long time.
It is necessary to allow the following URL: wss://*.klaxoon.com/*.
This long-term configuration will avoid adjustments during future updates of the tool.
