10/30/2025: Key improvements on Klaxoon administration console unveil

We’re excited to announce a redesigned user management experience for Klaxoon Admins to bring a more intuitive, powerful, and flexible way to manage your users!

This redesign is the result of extensive user feedback and our commitment to making admin tasks faster, clearer, and more efficient.

In addition, we have completely rethought the admin console’s user experience to ensure it aligns seamlessly with the rest of the Klaxoon platform. Our goal is to provide administrators with an interface that is simpler, clearer, and more efficient.

Navigation has been streamlined, workflows have been optimized, and information is now presented in a way that makes every action intuitive and quick to perform.

1 - Team Admin

Centralized user management

Previously, user management actions were split between the “My Team” and “Users” screens, often causing confusion and redundant navigation. With the new redesign, all user-related actions and information are now consolidated into a single “Users” section. This unified approach eliminates duplication and simplifies the admin experience, allowing you to find everything you need in one place.

Now, whether you want to view user statuses, perform bulk actions, manage invitations, or export user lists, everything is accessible from this single, centralized hub. This not only saves time but also ensures consistency and clarity across all your user management tasks.

Clear user status tabs

In the past, user statuses were mixed together, making it difficult to distinguish between active users, pending invitations, and deactivated accounts. The new interface introduces dedicated tabs for each status: Active, Invitations, and Deactivated; each with tailored information and relevant actions. This separation brings clarity and ensures you always have the right tools at your fingertips for each user group. Additionally, your exports are organized by status and include all custom user labels, giving you more precise and actionable data than ever before.

Simplified adding and importing users

Adding users used to be a scattered process, with different actions for inviting one user or importing multiple users. Now, everything is accessible through a single “Add Users” button in the “Users” section. Whether you’re adding one user or many, the process is guided and intuitive, making onboarding new team members easier than ever.

Powerful bulk actions

Bulk management was previously limited to assigning licenses to Free users. The new system introduces robust bulk actions, enabling you to upgrade users, deactivate accounts, resend or delete invitations, and more—all in just a few clicks. This enhancement dramatically speeds up user lifecycle management and directly addresses frequent customer requests.

Richer user details

Whereas admins could previously only view basic user statistics, you can now access a comprehensive user profile. This includes license assignment dates, roles, team memberships, custom labels, and detailed statistics. Having all this information in one place ensures admins have a complete overview for better decision-making.

Custom user labels

Admins can now create and manage custom labels for users—something that wasn’t possible before. These labels make it easier to sort, track, and allocate costs, or to group users according to your organization’s needs.

Efficient CSV updates

Bulk updating users is now straightforward thanks to CSV support. You can update multiple users at once, such as assigning new labels, saving time and reducing manual errors.

2 - Company Admin

Company admins benefit from even more streamlined workflows.

Adding users to teams, transferring activities, changing teams, exporting users, and managing invitations are all handled directly from the new “Users” section.

There’s no need to navigate into individual team cards; everything is centralized for maximum efficiency and consistency.
