Do you want to share a presentation with your participants while keeping control of the animation and the admin interface?

The Session allows you to project your slides, add interactions (quiz, word cloud, poll) to each page and trigger these activities with a single click, without exposing the facilitator interface.

Learn how to deliver a seamless and engaging experience to your audience.

1 - Create a presentation (slides)

Import or create your presentation directly in Klaxoon from your Session editor.

2 - Add activities

On each page of your presentation, easily add an interactive activity:

  • Quizzes to test knowledge or collect feedback

  • Word cloud to collect ideas from the group

  • Survey to get instant feedback

Associate each activity with the corresponding slide in the Klaxoon editor.

Click on the small "+"

Then select the question or activity.

3 - Animate your Session

You have shared your Activity and now want to animate it.

During the presentation, only the facilitators see the full interface, the participants only access the slides and the triggered activities.

And the participant view:

The slides are displayed on the participant side, in full-screen mode, for optimal viewing.

4 - Trigger activity with a single click during the presentation

During your talk, launch the interactive activity related to each slide with a single click, without leaving the presentation.

Participants see the question displayed and can answer live, without additional manipulation.

5 - Best practices for a smooth experience on the participant side

  • Prepare your slides and activities in advance to keep interactions flowing without interruption.

  • Use the "full screen" mode for total immersion.

  • Clearly communicate to participants when an activity is going to be launched to maximize engagement.

  • Keep a dynamic pace: alternate between presentation and interaction to maintain attention
