Deleting a Free account is quick and can be done independently.
Procedure executable only by free accounts (excluding console)
Here are the steps involved:
1 - Log into your Klaxoon account
2- Click on Profile to access your profile page
3 - On the bottom of the page, click on "settings"
4 - Click on "delete my account"
5 - Confirm by clicking on "delete my account”
6 -Finally, you will receive an email to approve your decision
Upon confirmation, your account will be permanently deleted
If the account deletion menu is not accessible, this means that your account is managed by your organization. In this case, please contact your administrator.
