Any personal notes that you have made (in relation to a Page or Session) can be viewed and edited in your Notes screen where they are listed by Activity.
To access the Notes screen, click on 
> Notes
The Notes screen is displayed:
Notes folder
All notes for a given Activity are collated in a folder.
Click on the folder to access your notes.
Text of the last note made during the Activity.
Activity pictogram and name
Search
Search for a note by Activity type or word.
