Dot-Voting is a simple, participative method that allows each member of your team to vote on the ideas or proposals that seem most relevant. The aim is to weight the votes for a more collective and equitable decision-making process.

How to use Dot-Voting?

Go to your Klaxoon Board and click on the “Solicit your team” icon, then select Dot Voting.

2. Set up the session

Define the number of tokens allocated to each participan

From the settings menu :

  • You can choose whether or not to allow participants to see each other's votes.

  • Set whether you want your view to be automatically shared with participants at the start of voting.

  • You can also set a timer to punctuate the session.

3. Launch and manage the vote

Once you've completed your settings, click on Start to launch the vote.

Your team members can then vote by allocating their tokens to their favorite ideas.

  • To vote, participants click on an idea, then on '+' to add tokens, or on '-' to remove them.

  • Delete all votes with a single click.

  • Access the settings or display the results of the current vote.

  • End Dot-Voting at any time.

You can view the results of past sessions at any time by accessing the “Ask your team” icon, then selecting Dot Voting in the Results tab.ats.

5. Export results

Once the session is over, you can export the results by clicking on the Export button to obtain a detailed voting report. This allows you to keep track of the decisions made, and ensures total transparency in the decision-making process.

Now that you know how to use it on the Klaxoon Board, you can easily organize collaborative votes and make more informed decisions.
