Option 1: Create a Board activity
On the Board, create a ‘Storm’ question using the ‘Ask your team’ icon.
Send your question to the Board by clicking on the green ‘Ask’ button.
Share your Board by activating the ‘Ask participants for a nickname’ option and choosing the ‘Open to users with the link’ access mode.
This way, participants can answer the word cloud question without having to create a participant account or enter an email address.
Option 2: Create a Session activity
Prepare a Live Question of the ‘Storm’ type.
Share your Session by activating the option ‘Ask participants for a nickname’ and choosing the access mode ‘Open to users with the link’.
Launch the word cloud question in the Session from the ‘Activities’ button on the left of your animation screen.
This way, participants can answer the word cloud question without having to create a participant account or enter an email address.
