Creating a Presentation

With the Presentations, you can integrate your slide shows directly into your Klaxoon Sessions: create your pages directly in Klaxoon (texts, images, videos) or import pages from PDF, PPT or Excel documents.

To create a Presentation

1 In the editing screen for a Session, open the Presentations box:

2 Click on ADD A PRESENTATION THEN CREATE A NEW PRESENTATION.

Reusing existing material

You can also select Presentations that already exist in your Klaxoon Storage and click on VALIDATE.

3 Enter a title for your Presentation and then click on CREATE.

The Presentation editing screen is displayed:

1 - Add page

Add a page to your Presentation from a Memo or from another Presentation in your personal Klaxoon Storage, or create a new page by clicking on create a new page. (More info: Creating a page)

2 - Import file

Add a page to your Presentation from a PDF, Excel or PPT file that already exists in your personal Klaxoon Storage, or import a new one by clicking on import files.

3 - Presentation pages

A thumbnail for each page of your Presentation; drag and drop the pages to reorganize them.

4 - Action button

Create a link on your page to launch an Activity in your Session, view an external website or play an audio file.

5 - Action: External Link

Indicates that the page includes a shortcut to an external website

6 - Live Question action.

Indicates that the page includes a shortcut to launch a Live Question in your Session.

7 - Activity action

Indicates that the page includes a shortcut to an Activity in your Session (here, an Adventure).

8 - Sound action

Indicates that the page includes a button to play an audio file.

9 - Options

Display a pop-up menu to:

  • Edit the page

  • Add an Action

  • Duplicate the page

  • Delete the page

10 - Back button

Once your Presentation is ready, click on the arrow to go back to the editing screen for the Session.

Your Presentation is added to the Session:
