Host-controlled" mode is only available from Session.
Here are the steps to follow:
1 - Create a Session
2 - Integrate your activity (here, the Quiz)
Find out how to create an activity by consulting the following resources:
3 - Edit activity
Make sure you activate the moderator-controlled mode
4 - Launch your Session
Then share the access code or QR code with participants
5 - Launch the activity
From the Session program, once participants have joined your activity.
