As part of the deletion of inactive accounts (in line with GDRP recommendations), it is planned that users deactivated by a Supervisor will be permanently deleted (email + activities) within 12 months of the deactivation date.
Deletion of inactive accounts
To ensure that Supervisors are fully aware of this, several elements have been added to the Administration.
1 - Confirmation modal
Information in the deactivation confirmation modal.
2 - New column
A new column in the users list with the planned deletion date + tooltip explaining the upcoming action.
3 - Email alert
An email will be sent to the administrators 5 days before the effective deletion date.
