The total transfer of all Klaxoon Activities from one user to another is only available to the Administrator of your Klaxoon Console.
He/she will have to :
1 - Access the Enterprise Console using the "Manage my team" button
2 - From the "Users" tab, click on "Transfer Activities" or "Deactivate"
Transferring activities will allow you to select the activities to be transferred. For more information, have a look to the article : How the administrator transfers ownership of an activity from one user to another
Disabling will transfer all activities to another Console user.
3 - Click on the "Deactivate" option and then choose "Deactivate and transfer"
4 - Enter the email address of a person who is a member of the Console and has a PRO account, then click on "Transfer".
When transfer is done, a pop-up confirms that it has been completed and all activities have been transferred.
