Table of Contents

Activity

An Activity is content that you prepare in advance or live, and that participants can join independently.

  • You can create an Activity from the Klaxoon Home or directly in a Session or Network.

  • There are several types of Activities: Poll, Vote, Challenge, Quiz, Adventure, Capsule...

  • Each Activity can be open for several days, and participants respond at their own pace.

  • You track responses and statistics from the Activity dashboard.

👉 Example : You want to launch a quiz before a workshop to test your team's knowledge. Create a Quiz Activity and share the link with participants before the meeting.

Question Live

Use a Live Question : to interact in real time.

A Live Question is a one-time question that you launch live during a meeting, session, or video meeting.

  • It is triggered manually at any time, without prior preparation.

  • You can choose from 6 formats: Yes/No, Text, Vote, Ranking, Word Cloud, Number.

  • Responses are displayed in real time, so you can react immediately.

  • Ideal for sounding out an opinion or collecting a reaction on the spot.

👉 Example : In the middle of a meeting, you want to quickly know what participants think about an idea. Launch a Live Vote Question to instantly view the results.
