You can now open links and view Klaxoon activities directly from your Board! This new feature is in addition to existing options, such as viewing and editing Google links in your Board, and opening activities in Teams and Google Calendar.
Thanks to this new feature, you can open, view and participate in Klaxoon activities such as Missions, Quizzes, Surveys... directly from your Board. This makes it easier for your participants to find their way around.
This feature will simplify navigation to other activities for your participants who are less familiar with Klaxoon. Additionally, it allows you to create onboarding or training paths more visually, whether for synchronous or asynchronous work contexts.
How does it work?
When you're on your Board, at the bottom left of your screen you'll see the toolbar. Click on "Add", then in the tab click on "Activities". A new window opens, showing the library of activities you've created or participated in. You can now choose the activity(ies) you'd like to add to your Board.
To choose which activity to add to your Board, you can use the "Recent" function, which allows you to sort in different ways:
Current trend
Date created
Recently viewed
Title
You can also refine your search by activity type, display only your favorites, or view only Boards you've created.
The activity will be integrated via an Iframe. No need to open a new tab, it will appear on your Board as an idea with its name and image attributed! A tag will also indicate the type of activity. You can now open and participate in your activity directly from your Board.
As a host, you will be able to toggle between host view and participant view on your Activity. This means that you can choose to take part in your Activity either as a moderator or as a participant. To switch modes, simply click on the three dots next to the Board name, then select "Participate in Activity". To return to animator mode, repeat the same steps and click on "Animate activity".
You can switch between host and participant modes from the activity modal on the Board, from the activity itself, and from sharing your activity on Teams or Google Meet. This flexibility allows you to manage and participate in the activity seamlessly, adapted to the specific needs of each session.
The activity interface appears differently depending on whether you are an animator or a participant:
Host: You can track the progress of participants and the number of people who have completed the activity. As with any Klaxoon activity, you'll be able to measure the participation and engagement rate of your activity.
Participant: you'll see a Join button, click on it and you'll be able to take part in the activity.
