Klaxoon continues to innovate to offer you an ever more efficient platform! That's why the "Statistics" page available from your profile menu has been enhanced in order to provide you with even more detailed analyses.

This page aggregates and explains in detail all the data related to engagement, within your activities. You can therefore identify precisely what generates engagement or not in each of your Boards, Memos, Quizzes, Survey... in one single place. Simply define areas for improvement to offer a better experience to your participants, and achieve your objectives faster.

What's on this page?

You will find the following information:

  1. All the activities you have created

  2. The engagement score as well as an annotation indicating whether engagement is high or low: this provides a detailed overview of the contributions to the activity (for example, in a Memo, the number of people who interacted with in each pages / or questions in the case of a Quiz or a Survey).

  3. The number of Klax: this is the number of contributions that have been made to your activity (ideas, questions, presentations, etc.)

  4. The score: this corresponds to the score obtained by the participants in a Survey, a Quiz or in one of these two activities located in a Session

  5. Rating: this is the number of stars that has been awarded by a participant to your activity

When you click on one of the activities, it opens a window that details the available analyses as well as the list of participants.

💡 If you want to know more about the information in the activity statistics tab, you can read this article: With Statistics, view the engagement indicators of each of your activities in one click

This feature is available since August 26, 2024 for all Klaxoon users. If you want to know more about how Statistics is calculated, you can also read this article: How are Statistics calculated? You can also contact our Support team so they can answer your questions
